Terms and Conditions of Exchange / Return and Refund

1. Terms and conditions for replacement / return and refund

The company is happy to exchange / return the product within 7 days after receiving the product. The product and packaging must comply with the conditions set out below, otherwise the company reserves the right to exchange / return the product in all cases.

 

Damage of products that are not in the conditions of exchange / return and refund 

- The company refuses to accept returns in the event that the customer is dissatisfied with the product but the product was unpacked or already used.

- The company reserves the right to change, amend the conditions of exchange / return and refund without prior notice.

 

Remarks:

- In order to exchange / return the product, the customer must send the product back to the company within 7 days from the date of receiving the product according to the date of the shipping seal. If it exceeds the specified period, the company reserves the right to exchange / return the product in all cases.

- In the event that the customer does not send the product back to the company, the company reserves the right to change the product or refund the customer.

- Authorization to exchange or return the product must be inspected by the company first in all cases

- The company will take time to inspect the product in 2 - 7 working days (approximately) after the date of receiving the returned product from the customer.

- In the event that the company received and inspected the product and found that the product is not damaged. The company reserves the right to exchange / return the product and will ship the original item back to the customer.

- If the product has a problem after 7 days, but still within the warranty period please, contact the product manufacturer according to the warranty document.

 

 

2. The cost of returning the product

The company will be responsible for the return shipping costs. only in the event that it is a result of the error of the company only.
