Order cancellation conditions

You can only cancel an order transaction if the product has not yet been shipped.

• In order to cancel an order there is a processing fee of 10% of the purchase price.
• The store will return the product after deducting the processing fee by transferring money to the account with the name of the orderer as the owner account only.
