Refund Policy
Local Link Company (the “Company”) would like to inform you of the refund
policy as an agreement and understanding of the use of the website service as follows:
- The company will refund the price of the product to the customer in the event
that the company is unable to deliver products as ordered by the customer.
- Refund period, the details are as follows:
• In case the customer pays in full or in installments through credit cards of
commercial banks registered in Thailand, the company will send a refund request to the
bank and the refund will depend on the policy of each bank, the cardholders will
normally receive a refund in the next billing cycle.
• In case the customer pays in full through debit cards of commercial banks
registered in Thailand, the company will send a refund request to the bank and the
refund will depend on the policy of each bank. This will take a period of refund from 30-
60 days from the date the customer receives notification from the Call Center.
• In case the customer pays in full via counter service, The refund will be
returned to the account number that the customer notified. It takes approximately 7-14
business days from the date that the customer receives the notification from the Call
Center (and completes the refund documentation).
- Unable to cancel, change, amend the purchase order in the following cases
• In the case of an error in ordering the product, wrong color, wrong model,
wrong type, etc.
• In the case of changes in product prices that may occur in the future.
• including Gift Vouchers in all cases arising from the need to add additional
discounts, forget to add discounts, Coupon.
• In the event of a change of mind of the purchaser in all cases:
- The company will not process the delivery of goods and must be refunded only
due to the following cases:

- The company reserves the right to refund beyond the specified period in the
